Rooted in cultural storytelling and material exploration, her work draws on the geo-cultural landscapes of West Africa, from the modernist gestures of the tropical coast to the Sahel and the Central Sahara. She reinterprets heritage, craft traditions, and domestic rituals across borders into spatial and sensorial experiences.
Trained in architecture, she works across scales, from objects and furniture to interiors and architecture.
Her work has been shortlisted for the Dezeen Awards 2024, exhibited at the Sharjah Architecture Triennale (2023), the London Design Festival - Brompton Design District (2025), and at Le19m in Paris (2025). She is a recipient of the Arts Council England Develop Your Creative Practice grant (2024), and her work has been presented internationally across architectural and design contexts.
